So let's begin with a little background on my skin. I have oily to combination skin and my skin is very very sensitive. So as long as I get a breakout. I know it would leave a mark it doesn't matter. What I do whether I pick at it or don't it would leave a mark.
I suffer from severe acne and it all started when I was about 13. My mom associated it with purity and said that it would get better except in every kind better. It just got progressively worse and it peaked when I was about 19.

So my skin was so bad then I was not only dealing with acne marks. But I was also dealing with active breakouts. I didn't even know what to do at that point anymore. I've tried so many things I've tried over-the-counter medication. Everything over-the-counter I'm pretty sure of Charlie.
I've tried Proactiv neared microdermabrasion I've tried facial peels antibiotics you name it. I've tried it and nothing seems to be working so a few years ago. I was talking to my sister-in-law and then it's all yours.
I was on my Lois and I told her I was gonna try an Accutane medication that I would not recommend anyone to take and the side effects are so severe they include depression mood swings sleepless night blurred vision birth defects.
They're so bad and I was so much of that I didn't want to go to Accutane. But I was at such a low point in my life that I didn't know what else to do. I'll only say you're not your skin. But once you have something on your face.

That's just bothering you that's getting worse and worse despite everything that you do.
I didn't want to go out like it was really bad. So I decided to go and Accutane she told me not to but of course, I'm very stubborn. So I go to the doctor I get it I get a prescription for Accutane and go home. So I'm looking at this and I'm like this is the drug that I didn't want to go on and do.

I want to take this risk so I spent back a little bit and that was the turning point for me. Because I've realized all the methods that I've been trying. they were from the outside in so I was putting products on my face and hoping for a miracle. I was in the mind state that there had to be a miracle product out there something in a tube. that I will pop on my face go to sleep work out in the morning with flawless skin.
That was my mental state so I just kept looking for this product and just keep piling stuff on my skin. My skin was just so irritated and nothing was working so I set back. I was like since all of my attempts at putting products on my skin have failed so far.
How about I try from the inside out
So I won't I went on Google and just basically searched the holistic approach to acne and came across this PDF. I couldn't find any reviews on the PDF but I just paid the 37 bucks and read it. I first I thought that it was a lot of mumbo-jumbo. But and I was like you know what you paid money for this so why not try it.
So I basically follow the steps in the book and the book basically told you to go wrong again cut out me cut out processed food cut out very sugar it was really intense. So from one day to the next I completely went raw vegan and I wasn't even sure. What to eat at first but I got used to it and that was what gave me the most results. I went raw vegan for about a year and my skin completely transformed.
It was so much healthier I didn't have this burnt um dark area around my cheek anymore. I wasn't breaking out anymore. So that Brita gave my skin this break so it could heal all the acne scars and marks tiles on there. That was basically what changed my life I'm telling you the inside-out approach works aren't basically followed most of the steps in the book.
Some things I didn't do because they're a little bit extreme. But that's basically what I've done it wasn't easy at first. But I got used to it and of course when I started seeing results it was you know. It was it got easier it was motivation to keep going so that's what I did and that was the detoxing the resentful and that my body needed.
I feel like my body was just so clogged up from all of the things. That I've been eating and I didn't realize that they were taking a toll on me. I'm no longer vegan. Now I eat me but I still follow a lot of the tips from the book.
I still make sure that I eat a lot of foods a lot of vegetables and to be honest. When I eat poorly if I do have fast food or whatever I will break out from there. If I'm not careful so diet is the most important for me.
That's what clear on my skin if you're struggling and you just don't know. What else to do I highly highly recommend you try the inside out approach just treating your body from the inside. So that the outside looks good so this is basically one of them to clear out my skin.
