Hello everyone welcomes spy recipes, as you can see from the title, we are talking about all things health benefits of celery juice. Wow, never in my life have I seen so much juice craze, be it on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, oh my gosh, celery juice everywhere.
So of course, I had to try it myself. Before we get started and I don't want to spend too much time doing this. But I think it's important to tell you why I decided to try the health benefits of celery juice for myself.

One-day Health Benefits Of Celery Juice
well, it's early in the morning that I want to make my first celery juice. The first thing you have to do is wash it really well and I know you can leave the leaves there and also eat juice, but I heard that it is very bitter if you leave the leaves. So I'm not going to do it because I don't want it to be worse than it actually will be.
I just want to say that this is not like juice. This is not a substitute for a meal. This is like a morning booster bar, bowel cleansing bar, disgusting drink bar. I don't even know what's okay, the celery is cut up and ready to go.
I don't know what it is, probably dried fruits and veggies don't care about that but seriously, other than that this is amazing and it works like that. Very good and we use it all the time. Ok, I have them propped up in the kitchen in an awkward way, the first bunch that comes in. I'm going to put it in this glass jar and then that's just it.

How much do we actually have eight ounces? So I really need to be okay, I'm going to make one more celery juice and now I think we have 16 oz. Here we go people, let's add the juice until it gets there and boom. All right, a moment of truth testing this.
I was hoping it tasted like said grass, which is the only record that describes it, but it's not bad, it tastes salty. I mean it tastes like celery plus a little salt. So if this tastes definitely like celery, but if this is bad, like I thought it would be a lot worse, it's not overpowering, it's just that it tastes like liquid celery.
I don't care about the taste of the wineries on me, not that it really tastes very good, guys, it's not that bad, okay, guys. So I've been doing some research and read online that you can drink between 4 and 16 ounces. Definitely don't think I can drink a total of 16 ounces of wine, to be honest with you my stomach is a bit of a turn because this is actually my first time drinking on an empty stomach.
I haven't even had water. I just like brushing my teeth and I'm just drinking this. But I don't think I can drink it all because. I feel like I'm going to throw up, not because the taste is bad, just because I like it. I said this is the only thing I'm drinking. I'm trying something that I don't know if makes sense.
Second-day Health Benefits Of Celery Juice
Okay, here we go. Day two doesn't taste better. It doesn't taste worse either, you know, the crazy thing is, after I had it yesterday. Felt really nauseous while I honestly felt like two hours after drinking the juice. I was nauseous, I don't know if it's just because it was my first time drinking pure celery juice.
I don't know if it's because I joined too much and too little. But I'm nauseous, I hope. I don't feel like that today. Also, I had breakfast yesterday like 30 minutes after taking this celery juice. This is very helpful for my stomach, so this is exactly what I am going to do today. I feel more energetic like I do, but so far I really like it.
I feel like I can definitely see myself sticking to the celery juice even after seven days.

But that's what says I really like this, guys. But to be honest with you, I literally don't feel different. I don't feel different at all. Today I am going to watch some videos. I should feel because I feel exactly how I always did.
Fourth-day Health Benefits Of Celery Juice
Alright,, this is the update, I feel like now I'm finally starting to feel some of its benefits the first three days. I didn't feel anything like today. I woke up feeling like hmm, I can really understand and see some benefits.
So the first thing I see very visibly is that I'm not floating bloated for me, it's a problem. I feel every day like I'm super bloated and I feel like the celery juice recipes have helped with that in a weird way. I also want to quickly bring up the bathroom situation,, to be honest with you, OMG this is TMI, but I don't really have a problem in that area thankfully.
so this does not affect me in any way, but if you have trouble going to the bathroom. I've read that this miracle green juice right here is supposed to help. I just want to put that out there.
The second thing I noticed that really surprised me is that I haven't been drinking coffee that crazy and I'm not like myself. but I feel the energy so that's great, it caught me totally off guard. The orderly didn't expect that, but yeah, check that out too. so those are the few things I have noticed so far.
I really like how I feel. I'm going to continue. I've gotten used to the taste of my face, I'll say it all. See you guys on my first date. the fact that I'm not going to make that day.
Fifth Day Health Benefits Of Celery Juice
okay, this is like three bunches of celery. Because I'm actually going to increase the amount of juice. I have been drinking now what is 1 cup every day, now I am increasing it to a cup and a half. So today, as I said, I increase it to a cup and a half by drinking it through a straw.
I'm getting so used to the taste that it doesn't bother me at all. Anyway, but anyway, I wanted to tell you how I feel and I don't know. If it's because I know the benefits, I like to fool myself into thinking it's happening to me.
It's really happening, but one of the things. I've noticed am no longer having cravings. That I used to wish for I mixed it up I have such a sweet tooth. Six-day Health Benefits Of Celery Juice
So this morning I woke up quite late and didn't make it to the gym, which was very disappointing. Because I wanted to see how my body would react to the celery juice. So I didn't make it to the gym. I feel like my stomach feels so flat like there is no bloating at all and normally.
When I wake up in the morning my stomach feels super bloated and looks very bloated like it doesn't today. I think it's better because I haven't literally changed anything else in my diet anyway. I don't even have anything more exciting to share with you about my experience today, except that we have now increased the intake of celery, which is very exciting.
My experience drinking celery juice for the first six days. Now I guess the big question is will I keep up and the answer is yes. I will keep up, but not every day. I think I could alternate my days and do that some days and juice celery on other days.
You still get some of its benefits, but to be honest. I don't think I can do it every day. But if you can, I think this is an amazing juice that really works like the real thing.
